Filcro Legal Staffing is seeking an experienced junior legal recruiter to join our firm, in New York City.  Founded in 1985, Filcro Legal Staffing serves regional, national and international law firms by recruiting legal professionals and legal support staff.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of New York legal recruitment experience and honed sourcing skills recruiting for varied levels of law firm personnel.

We are seeking a person who wants long term stability, security and career growth in an intimate and highly productive environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of (1) year of recent legal recruitment experience recruiting for New York based law firms
• The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and articulate manner
• Experience assessing the primary requirements and responsibilities in a job description and then utilizing that information to source and screen qualified candidates
• Experience meeting and interviewing candidates in-person to determine if their work experience and soft and hard skills are appropriate
• The ability to work with a close-knit intimate group of legal recruiters who are motivated, successful, honorable, upbeat, conscientious and truly enjoy what they do and who they work with.
• The ability to smile, and enjoy a lifestyle that makes working at Filcro special.
