General legal secretarial duties

Required

• A minimum of 1-5 years of legal secretarial experience in a law firm
• Advanced Microsoft Word and general PC acumen
• Must be organized, detailed and good with follow up.
• A professional demeanor to work in professional work environment.
• Good communication skills
• A person seeking growth and career stability

Benefits

• All health benefits are paid by the firm
• Yearly bonuses, some firms pay (2) two bonuses a year
• 401K savings plans with match based on firm
• Transit checks and private care and chauffeur for overtime paid by the firm.  Overtime paid at time and a half.
• Many other defined and non-defined benefits provided based on the law firm such as wellness, health club, meals, profit sharing, in-house training, internal posting for promotions and transfers for national firms.
• 28 to 30 PTO based on the firm the first year.
