One of America’s largest law firms with a global T&E practice

Duties

U.S. Based multinational law firm is seeking multiple legal secretaries to work in their Trust and Estates practice in their New York City law offices.

This firm is seeking junior to senior level legal secretaries that have the capacity to work in a large global law firm in their Trust and Estates area.

Legal secretaries will find numerous luxuries in this firm that go along with the firm’s traditions, culture and founding that go back over 80 years.

The firm offers 100% paid benefit premiums a generous bonus structure, profit sharing, 29PTO the first year and a transit plan that can accommodate anyone living in the New York Metropolitan area.  All positions are posted internally for promotions and transfers.

Required

  • 55 to 65 typing accurate
  • Microsoft Word for Windows
  • The firm will train on their document management software similar to PCDOCS.
  • Minimum of 1-5 years of legal secretary experience
  • Any exposure to domestic or international Trust & Estates is highly desired.
  • Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
